Video: The new way of colonialism in Ethiopia

The grabbing of fertile land going on in Ethiopia is not just rhetoric, fear mongering or in ones imagination; but instead, it is real and happening at a ferocious pace all over the country. It will change Ethiopia forever and the major damage may be done by the end of 2010.

if there is atruely democracy in ethiopia.

  2. vad ska vi göra, tvärr vi dör. dör föolket men PM och sina vänner för mycket pengar

  3. These colonialists will be forced out of our Ethiopian Land once we over throw this facsist Ethinic Tigrayan regime once and forever. Ethiopia will repeat what Mugabe did in Zimbabwe. We will storm into all those farm lands they took from our people by the name of " Foriegn Investment " and do whatever is necessary to reclaim our fertile Land. Ethiopians will once again teach these foriegn invaders and the traitors unforgetable lesson. Long Live Ethiopia !!!

  4. The government is looking at other options to increase cultivation of unused arable land, to attract foreign money, know-how and technology, thus also, increase the knowledge of natives about modern agriculture, create employment for them. I am sure the ethiopian government is doing this with economic development in its mind. But there the coin has two sides to it. this land grabbing will have negative factors, I am hoping the posive factors will outweigh them. As for now, I am only seeing negative things. They are leasing ethiopian land for nothing for more than half a century.
