Putin suspected of helping Trump win election

Speculations are arising that Vladimir Putin has a vested interest in trying to help Donald Trump win the 2016 U.S. Presidential election.
The accusations came from Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager following a massive leak of more than 20,000 emails belonging to the Democratic National Committee. The email dump exposed dissension, sabotage and deceit.
The emails have also cost Democratic National Committee Chairman, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, her job.
Clinton’s campaign manager, Robby Mook, said, “I don’t think it’s coincidental that these emails were released on the eve of our convention here, and I think that’s disturbing,”
The allegations about Putin’s interest in helping the Republican nominee may stem from some evidence showing the hacked information passed through Russian computers.
Trump also made comments last week to the New York Times, saying he may not back NATO Nations if they do not make sufficient contributions to the cause. This would leave many countries susceptible to a Russian attack.
Donald Trump Jr. spoke to CNN’s Jake Tapper regarding the claims. He said, “It just goes to shower their moral compass. They will make up anything to win.”
